Gordon is a project and programme management consultant with over 20 years proven experience both in Europe and Asia. Extensive investment banking experience covering the Front to Back trade life-cycles in several large financial institutions including Bank of America, Citigroup, BlackRock and most recently Deutsche Bank. He has a comprehensive understanding of Trading activities, Business Management, Product Control and Risk in both vanilla and derivative products, including working on Business, IT and Regulatory change management projects for credit, equity and derivative products.
Assignments include:
- PMO lead and change manager for a €11million Global Technology Operating Model transformation, migrating approx 3,500 global IT staff from vertical business alignment to horizontal IT Function.
- Implementation of an eFX trading platform in Poland.
- Project managed €885m save in Derivative Addon Balance Sheet charges in 2014 through derivative trade compressions.
- Work on Regulatory change programmes (Mifid, Volker, Rent-D, German Banking Separation Act).
Gordon enjoys sport and recently raised money for charity by completing the 125 mile Devizes to Westminster ultra kayak marathon non-stop in 26 hours.

Catherine is a project and programme management consultant with over 15 years proven experience both in Europe and Asia, primarily for the Financial Services sector, delivering large scale IT infrastructure projects alongside business process improvements, with a strong technical background in software development. Specialising in all aspects of project management and business analysis, with experience of end-to-end software solution delivery. Skilled at providing a business to technology interface to ensure smooth project delivery, through management of budget, business stakeholders and vendor relationships. Experience of digital projects including web and mobile applications.
Assignments include:
- Business analysis and project management of a web portal for a large automotive company with 70k global users.
- Project managed Hybrid mobile app for a Financial Services company.
- Delivered an asset management system, including business process reengineering savings and MIS improvements
- Programme managed $10mm EMEA region voice technology projects.
Passionate about bringing programming back to children, Catherine is an approved STEMnet ambassador running a “CodeClub” in Scratch & Python.
